About Casa

About Casa

Casa is a boutique law firm that supports creatives, entrepreneurs, startups, and companies in protecting and maximizing the value of their ideas. It specializes in intellectual property, entertainment law, new technologies—yes, including Artificial Intelligence—and digital business, offering an approach that combines technical expertise with a creative and strategic perspective.

Casa offers a different approach to legal services — clear, practical and straightforward. We make complex legal matters easier to understand and provide personalized support that reflects each client’s business, industry and way of working.

With honesty, trust, and empathy as its pillars, Casa transforms the law into a tool that propels rather than complicates. It is a space where innovation feels secure and every idea has the necessary backing to grow and make a lasting impact.

Malena Mancini — Founder of Casa Propiedad Intelectual

I’m a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, entertainment law, artificial intelligence and digital business. Over the years, I’ve worked with creative professionals, entrepreneurs and companies to help them protect their ideas and turn them into growing businesses and projects.
After working both in law firms and in-house lawyer, I decided to create Casa around a simple idea: legal advice should feel clear, practical and genuinely useful to people building something new.
My goal is to make the law a tool for progress, not a barrier.
Alongside my legal practice, I teach and lecture on innovation, technology and intellectual property, which gives me the opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas and contribute to the professional community.
